You tried your best, but you don’t succeed (or haven’t received my top-up credit)

Once your mobile top-up transaction is successful, the amount is credited immediately to the receiving mobile phone number.

Occasionally there may be a delay in the system thus the purchase is processed longer than normal and the amount can only be credited within a few hours since the transaction is successful.

Why this happened?

There could be several reasons why this happened:

  1. The number you entered is inactive or expired
  2. Payment system failure
  3. Technical issue

So, what do I have to do if I haven’t received my Walepay top-up?

Be at ease. All your transactions are recorded in our system. When this happens, you can do these things:

  1. Check your transfer receipt and make sure the phone number you’ve input registered to your Walepay account
  2. Make sure your transaction is recorded in ‘History’
  3. Close and re-open Walepay app

If you’ve done the steps above but your balance remains the same, please report it to our customer service at cs@walepay.com or call 150 555. We will reply to your registered e-mail in a maximum of 2 (two) business days.
