Transfer Money with Walepay+

Walepay services are divided into two parts, first Walepay Regular and Walepay+. Walepay Regular can be said to be a regular user who cannot use all the features in the application. Whereas Walepay+ is a user who can use all Walepay features.

Walepay features that cannot be used by ordinary members (Walepay Regular) are Transfer features (Transfer Walepay credit to other Walepay users), Withdraw Walepay credit into the bank account, Walepay limit up to IDR 10.000.000, where this feature can only be enjoyed by Walepay+ users.

To upgrade your Walepay account, make sure your ID card (KTP/SIM/PASSPORT) is valid, also don’t forget to upgrade your Walepay app to the latest version. Here’s how to do it!

  1. On your home page, choose ‘Transfer’ or ‘Withdraw’ features.
  2. There will be a pop up that said, ‘Upgrade to Walepay+’ and click the upgrade button.
  3. Take a clear picture of your ID Card (KTP/SIM/PASSPORT)
  4. Take a clear selfie of your face with your ID Card (KTP/SIM/PASSPORT)
  5. Send the documents by clicking ‘Submit Documents

Is it a must to upgrade to Walepay+?

No, especially if you only use Walepay for small transactions. Conversely, if you want to be able to share Walepay balances to other users or can transfer to a bank account, the process of upgrading to Walepay+ is mandatory for you to do.
